OM DIVA RETURNS POLICY

 

Goods may be returned to us within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Full credit by way of a Credit Note will be offered on any item returned unworn and undamaged. This can be sent by post or picked up in-store and is valid for 6 months from date of issue. At this time we are not in a position to offer cash refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.  We can not accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

This can be sent by post or picked up in-store and is valid for 6 months from date of issue. At this time we are not in a position to offer cash refunds on unwanted goods.
